  • Suggested sauna temperature is between 110 and 130 degrees F to maximize health benefits.

  • Salt benefits, 20-30 min sessions 2-3x/week till you feel good and follow up few times every 2-3 months to maintain. 

  • Burning fat, 30 min sessions per day at 140 degrees F.

  • Detox, 30 min sessions per day at 100-130 degrees F. Start at 110 degrees for 20 minutes then raise the temp for the last 10 minutes to give the best detox.

  • Feel a cold coming on? Utilize the sauna 2 days in a row for 30 minutes to subside your symptoms. 

  • Mood boosting benefits happen within the first 10 minutes of your session. 

  • Uses for weight loss should be on a regular bases to see results.

  • Should I use the sauna daily?

We recommend to use the saunas at least 2-3x per week. 

  • What do I wear during my session?

We recommend that you wear a robe, loose clothing, or bathing suit. You should not be nude in the sauna. *Robes and towels are provided.

  • Will this harm my hair?

No, you may feel like your hair is dry after your session so we provide you with a satin cap and a leave in conditioner to use to your liking.  

  • Can I use my phone?

Yes, however we do not recommend that you bring any electronics inside to protect your device from overheating. We suggest you use this time to unplug from the world and relax. We encourage you to bring a magazine or a book if you'd like.

  • When should I see results?

You should start feeling a difference almost immediately after your use of the sauna. To get the best results we recommend you use the sauna 2-3x per week for 20-30 minutes.

  • What's the weight limit?

Unfortunately users should be no more than 280 pounds to use our single saunas.
